‘Treaty’

A painted hoop and a painted stick, on a painted wall, installed across a recess in a darkened room.

Materials: wall painted grey + painted wooden dowling + painted wooden hoop + 2 bulbs offset (one warm, one cool) + two sets of shadows – their colour and position determined by the bulbs.
Dimensions: floor to ceiling, recess width 1.8 metres
